JSS Real Estate is a licensed real estate brokerage and advisory firm based in Dubai, UAE. We are registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) under the Dubai Land Department. Our principal address is Office 114, First Floor, Al Manara Building, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE.
2. Use of the website
The Site is provided for informational and marketing purposes only. You may browse property listings, request consultations and submit enquiries. You agree not to misuse the Site, scrape content, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
3. Property information
All property descriptions, images, prices, availability and ROI figures are provided in good faith and sourced from developers, public records and our own research. They may change without notice. Properties are subject to availability, developer terms and final contract conditions. We recommend verifying all details before making any investment decision.
4. Advisory services
JSS Real Estate provides advisory, viewing and transaction facilitation services. We are not a law firm, bank or tax advisor. Clients should seek independent legal, financial and tax advice before signing any sale or purchase agreement.
5. Fees and commissions
For property buyers, our services are typically compensated by the developer or seller through standard brokerage commissions. Any bespoke advisory, relocation or concierge fees will be agreed in writing before services are rendered.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including logos, text, images, videos, design and code — is owned by JSS Real Estate or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify it without our written permission.
7. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to developer websites, government portals or other third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, JSS Real Estate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on any information contained on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
